َ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى تِجَارَةٍ تُنْجِيكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿۱۰﴾ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿۱۱﴾

﴾10﴿ Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo hal adullukum 'alaa tijaaratin tunjeekum min 'azaabin aleem
﴾11﴿ Tu'minoona billaahi wa Rasoolihee wa tujaahidoona fee sabeelil laahi bi amwaalikum wa anfusikum; zaalikum khairul lakum in kuntum ta'lamoon

﴾10﴿ O believers, shall I show you a trade that will save you from a painful punishment
﴾11﴿ Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and strive in the way of Allah with your wealth and your lives. This is better for you if you only knew

[10,11,12] This is the second address to the believers, encouraging them toward jihad by mentioning the glad tidings of the Hereafter.
It is connected to the fourth verse of this surah.
"(You believe in Allah)"—This is the interpretation of tijarah (trade) from the sellers' side (i.e., the believers).
The trade is faith and striving in the path of Allah with wealth and life.
"(And you strive)"—This refers to fighting in the path of Allah, as indicated by the fourth verse.
"(With your wealth)"—Because spending wealth usually comes first, and is more frequently needed than sacrificing one's life, wealth is mentioned first.
"(Your sins)"—Since faith and jihad are mentioned together, the phrase “your sins” is stated without “min” (from), indicating all sins are forgiven.
"(In Gardens of Eternity)"—The first reference to gardens (جنات) refers to the eternal abode that Allah has prepared for the general believers, which includes various blessings.
The second gardens refers to the actual green gardens with trees and vegetation—meaning these homes are situated within such lush gardens, surrounded by trees.
