﴾152﴿ Wallazeena aamanoo billaahi wa Rusulihee wa lam yufarriqoo baina ahadim minhum ulaaa'ika sawfa yu'teehim ujoorahum; wa kaanal laahu Ghafoorar Raheema
﴾153﴿ yas'aluka Ahlul Kitaabi an tunazzila 'alaihim Kitaabam minas samaaa'i faqad sa aloo Moosaa akbara min zaalika faqaaloo arinal laaha jahratan fa akhazat humus saa'iqatu bizulmihim; summat takhazul 'ijla mim ba'di maa jaa'at humul baiyinaatu fa'afawnaa 'ann zaalik; wa aatainaa Moosaa sultaanam mubeenaa
﴾154﴿ Wa rafa'naa fawqahumut Toora bimeesaaqihim wa qulnaa lahumud khulul baaba sujjadanw wa qulnaa lahum laa ta'doo fis Sabti wa akhaznaa minhum meesaaqan ghaleezaa

﴾152﴿ And those who believe in Allah Almighty and His Messengers and have not divided among any of them, these people, Allah Almighty will soon give them their reward - and Allah is the Most Merciful
﴾153﴿ They ask the people of the book that once a book was sent down to them from the sky, so they inquired from Moses, peace be upon him, much greater than this, So they said, show us Allah the Exalted, He took them back with a thunderbolt because of their cruelty, They took the calf back to worship after it came to them with clear proofs, so We pardoned them and gave Moses (peace be upon him) clear proofs
﴾154﴿ And We raised above them the mountain of Toor by taking their pledge and told them to enter and prostrate at the gate, And we said to them do not violate on Saturday and we took a firm agreement from them

[152] In this verse, the good news is for the believers, whether it is a book or a non-book (سَوْفَ) (sawfa), this is for emphasis, it is not meant to be late -
[153] This question is their stubbornness, for this reason, in the first obligatory answer, they state their badness in detail, that these evils are the proof that you have opposed the right - in these three evils are mentioned, (أَنْ تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ) ( an tunazzila 'alaihim) The meaning is that the book will be brought at once like Moses, peace be upon him, and the details of these evils are already in Surah Al-Baqarah -
[154] In this verse, their four situations are mentioned, and it is a preparation for the next verse that they have broken these agreements, (سُجَّدًا) (sujjadanw) It means to lower the head and be humble, (مِيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا) (meesaaqan ghaleezaa) It is about the firmness of the previous precepts or the other covenants that have been mentioned in Surah Baqarah -
