﴾127﴿ And they ask you about women, say: Allah, the Exalted, will give you a firm ruling about them and the ruling that is revealed to you in this book (in this surah), It is about the orphan women that you do not give them what is prescribed for them and you want to marry them, And about the weak children (to pay everyone's rights) and that you become strong, about the orphans with justice and what you do from good, indeed Allah Almighty is the All-Knowing
﴾128﴿ And if a woman is afraid of her husband's ill-temper (naturally) or his turning away (intentionally), then there is no sin on both of them who make peace between themselves, And peace is better, and it is placed in the heart of greed, and if you live a good life with them and keep yourselves (from discord), indeed of Allah, the Exalted, is aware of your actions
﴾129﴿ And you will never be able to do justice between women (in love), and even if you are greedy in it, then do not desire one with all your desire that you leave the other as hanging, and if you reform and protect yourself (from the oppression of women), then indeed of Allah Almighty is Forgiving, Merciful
﴾130﴿ And if both of them are separated, Allah Almighty will make each one of them unnecessary from His grace, and Allah Almighty is the owner of grace with planning
[127] This verse is a more explanation on verse (3) and it is narrated from Aisha, may God be pleased with her, that this verse is about the one who was an orphan girl under him tutelage So, if she was rich and beautiful, he would have wanted to marry her, but he would not give her dowry, and if this was not the case, he would have refused her marriage, And they also oppressed children and orphans, so in this verse he said to be fair to everyone, and it is rejected in the way of ignorance, That is, no one used to fight, like women and children, they were not given a share in the inheritance, (وَمَا يُتْلَى) (wa maa yutlaa) The meaning of these is the verses at the beginning of this chapter which is about dowry marriage and women's inheritance, (وَتَرْغَبُونَ) (wa targhaboona) It is used to mean turning toward and turning away, both meanings are correct here -
[128] This verse is a better explanation than verse (34) there, the ruling of bad-tempered women, and here the ruling of the husband is bad-tempered, and it is an encouragement to make peace, (نُشُوزًا) (nushoozan) External opposition and turning away, inner opposition or nushoozan is called natural suffocation and turning away is called intentional suffocation, (الشُّحَّ) (ush shuhh) Miserliness is the same as greed, that is, it is a natural habit of the soul -
[129] This verse is related to the previous verse, which does not apply to husbands, that is, equality between spouses cannot be established in the love of the heart, but do not be partial in the payment of rights, (وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ) (wa law harastum) Lu is a means, that is, although you are greedy, you do justice (in love), but this is beyond your power, Here, the meaning of justice is equalization in non-discretionary matters - and in verse (3) the meaning of justice is equality in voluntary rights -
[130] This is consolation when there is no correction - that is, he will give a wife for another husband and he will give a husband for another woman -
