وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ 185 النِّســاء

وَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُوا فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاءً فَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ حَتَّى يُهَاجِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمْ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا ﴿۸۹﴾ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ إِلَى قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ أَوْ جَاءُوكُمْ حَصِرَتْ صُدُورُهُمْ أَنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ أَوْ يُقَاتِلُوا قَوْمَهُمْ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَسَلَّطَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ فَلَقَاتَلُوكُمْ فَإِنِ اعْتَزَلُوكُمْ فَلَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ وَأَلْقَوْا إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ فَمَا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَبِيلًا ﴿۹۰﴾ سَتَجِدُونَ آخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُوا قَوْمَهُمْ كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوا إِلَى الْفِتْنَةِ أُرْكِسُوا فِيهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُوا إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأُولَئِكُمْ جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانًا مُبِينًا ﴿۹۱﴾

﴾89﴿ Waddoo law takfuroona kamaa kafaroo fatakoonoona sawaaa'an falaa tattakhizoo minhum awliyaaa'a hattaa yuhaajiroo fee sabeelil laah; fa in tawallaw fa khuzoohum waqtuloohum haisu wajat tumoohum wa laa tattakhizoo minhum waliyyanw wa laa naseeraa
﴾90﴿ Illal lazeena yasiloona ilaa qawmim bainakum wa bainahum meesaaqun aw jaaa'ookum hasirat sudooruhum ai yuqaatilookum aw yuqaatiloo qawmahum, wa law shaaa'al laahu lasallatahum 'alaikum falaqaatalookum; fa ini' tazalookum falam yuqaatilookum wa alqaw ilaikumus salama famaa ja'alal laahu lakum 'alaihim sabeelaa
﴾91﴿ Satajidoona aakhareena yureedoona ai ya'manookum wa ya'manoo qawmahum kullamaa ruddooo ilal fitnati urkisoo feehaa; fa il lam ya'tazilookum wa yulqooo ilai kumus salama wa yakuffooo aidiyahum fakhuzoohum waqtuloohum haisu saqif tumoohum; wa ulaaa'ikum ja'alnaa lakum 'alaihim sultaanam mubeenaa

﴾89﴿ They want you to become disbelievers, if they become disbelievers, then you and them will become the same, do not accept them as friends until they emigrate in the way of Allah, the Most High, So if they turn away, seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and do not take from them a friend or a helper
﴾90﴿ Except those who unite with the people with whom there is a covenant between you and them, or come to you while their chests are too tight to fight with you or fight with their own people, And if Allah the Exalted had willed, of course He would have made them strong against you, so they would certainly have fought with you, So if they take sides from your side and do not fight with you and make peace with you, So Allah Almighty did not give you a way (of fighting) against them
﴾91﴿ Soon you will find other people (hypocrites) who want to be safe from you and to be safe from their own people, Whenever they are asked to the side of calamity (polytheism), they fall into it overthrown, So if they do not turn away from you and do not offer you peace and do not keep their hands (from war with you), So take them and kill them wherever you dominate them - And We have given you a clear proof against them (to fight against them)

[89] In the verse, it is mentioned about those hypocrites that they do not migrate, so fight them because they have not entered the house of Islam, (فَخُذُوهُمْ)(fa khuzoohum) It is meant to stipulate -
[90] In this verse, two types of hypocrites are mentioned, with whom it is not permissible to fight (1) a people of infidels with whom the Muslims have made an agreement and to whom the Muslims belong, and with whom it is called a treaty (2) those hypocrites who are completely incapable and If they are silent, they will not accompany any side in the war, (أَوْ يُقَاتِلُوا قَوْمَهُمْ) (aw yuqaatiloo qawmahum) There are two justifications. The first justification is that they do not fight with their people because they think they are on the right path, The second justification is that they do not accompany them in the war, they keep themselves from taking sides -
[91] This is the other type of hypocrites who commit hypocrisy and when they gain control, then they fight against the believers and expose their disbelief, so fighting with them is necessary, (يُرِيدُونَ) (yureedoona) That is, they do not reveal both faith and disbelief, they keep themselves from both sides -
