﴾15﴿ And those of your women who do adultery, then ask four men of yours to testify against them, if they testify, So lock them up in their houses until their death comes, or Allah the Exalted decides which way will be for them
﴾16﴿ And those two of you who do bad deeds (adultery), then punish them if they repent And they did good deeds, so turn away from (tormenting) them, indeed is Allah, the Most High, Accepting Repentance, Merciful
﴾17﴿ It is not except that Allah Almighty accepts repentance for those who do bad deeds in ignorance, They repent again, and in the near future, Allah Almighty accepts their repentance, and Allah Almighty is All-Knowing, All-Wise

[15] This eighth commandment is to stop immorality, and the purpose of this is to protect women and their innocence, In this verse, it is only mentioned to keep in the houses to protect from evildoing - And it was expected for ruling or stoning - after that it was revealed and it is not said for this to be abrogated - the word Arba'a with ta indicates that the witnesses to prove adultery can only be men, because in Arabic law, the number ta is mentioned for males in the noun, (يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا) (yaj'alal laahu lahunna sabeela) The meaning of this level of adultery is above a single hundred whips, and exile for a year, and stoning the married, This is mentioned in the authentic hadith -
[16] In this verse, one meaning is that two men do adultery, so you harm them by reprimanding and harassing them, beating them, killing them or stoning them, and beating them according to some people of knowledge, each of these actions is permissible, It is optional for the judge. The second meaning is that if a man and a woman commit adultery, then give them punishment and reprimand (in addition to the limit), but if they repent, no reprimand will be given, even though the limit is not exempted from repentance -
[17] This is an exhortation to repent at it's time, that time is before death, it is called nearness, (بِجَهَالَةٍ) (bijahaalatin) Every evil doer, even if he is a scholar, is ignorant when doing a bad deed because he is unaware of the consequences -
