002_124 surah 2: Al Baqarah

﴾283﴿Wa in kuntum 'alaa safarinw wa lam tajidoo kaatiban farihaanum maqboodatun fa in amina ba'dukum ba'dan falyu'addil lazi tumina amaa natahoo walyattaqil laaha Rabbah; wa laa taktumush shahaadah; wa mai yaktumhaa fa innahooo aasimun qalbuh; wallaahu bimaa ta'maloona 'Aleem
﴾284﴿Lillaahi maa fissamaawaati wa maa fil ard; wa in tubdoo maa feee anfusikum aw tukhfoohu yuhaasibkum bihil laa; fayaghfiru li mai yashaaa'u wa yu'azzibu mai yashaaa'u;wallaahu 'alaa kulli shai in qadeer

﴾283﴿ And if you are on a journey and do not find a scribe, then (it is permissible to take) a pledge obtained - so if some of you believes some of you, Therefore, the person who is trusted should fulfill his right and fear Allah, the Most High, who is his Lord, And don't hide the testimony, and whoever hides the testimony, then indeed is a sinner in his heart, and Allah, the Exalted, knows what you do
﴾284﴿All that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth is in the hands of Allah, and if you reveal what is in your hearts or hide it, then He will hold you accountable to that Allah, the Exalted, forgives whomever He wills and punishes whomever He wills, and Allah Almighty is able to do everything

[283] This verse also belongs to the past - travel and finding a scribe is a necessity - According to the hadith, it is proven that in Medina, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, left his armor as a hostage to a Jew with three ears of barley - It is not permissible to take advantage of a hostage in all religions, but this is usury, Only about animals is Imam Ahmad's difference - (آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ) (aasimun qalbuh) Because the heart is a sinner, it is the heart that hides, so it is the place of sin - (فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا) (fa in amina ba'dukum ba'dan) That is, they do not write because of trust, nor do they ask for hostages
[284] From this verse to the last chapter, it is the fourth chapter. In this, it brings back the four objectives that were stated in this surah - monotheism, mission, jihad, spending for the sake of Allah and ending with prayer - (لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ) (Lillaahi maa fissamaawaati) In this rejection of shirk in action, what is meant by (مَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ) (what is in one's soul) is the thoughts and imaginations that one has in one's heart with intention and free will - this is proven due to the last verse - In this verse, for the fourth time, monotheism is asserted, that Allah Almighty is the possessor of the whole world and the knower of the unseen.
