﴾276﴿Yamhaqul laahur ribaa wa yurbis sadaqaat; wallaahu laa yuhibbu kulla kaffaarin aseem
﴾277﴿Innal lazeena aamanoo wa amilus saalihaati wa aqaamus salaata wa aatawuz zakaata lahum ajruhum 'inda rabbihim wa laa khawfun 'alaihim wa laa hum yahzanoon
﴾278﴿Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanut taqul laaha wa zaroo maa baqiya minar ribaaa in kuntum mu'mineen
﴾279﴿Fail lam taf'aloo faazanoo biharbim minal laahi wa Rasoolihee wa in tubtum falakum ru'oosu amwaalikum laa tazlimoona wa laa tuzlamoon

﴾276﴿ Allah Almighty destroys (blessings) the wealth of usury and increases the wealth of charity - and Allah Almighty does not like any disbeliever (who considers usury to be permissible) a very sinful usurer
﴾277﴿Those who believed and acted in the manner of the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, performed the prayer and gave the zakat, their true reward is with their Lord, there is no fear for them, nor should they grieve
﴾278﴿O you who have believed, fear Allah Almighty and leave what remains of usury, because you are believers
﴾279﴿So if you do not do this then you will be informed of a war from Allah Almighty and His Messenger, and if you repent then you are the rightful owner of your wealth, neither do you wrong nor will you be wronged

[276] In this, he mentions the difference between usury and sadaqah to avoid usury and it is an encouragement for charity (يَمْحَقُ) (Yamhaqu) There is no blessing in the wealth of usury, and it makes it unblessed with any property that it shares with, and its confirmation is in verse (39). ) Surah Rum mentions, (كَفَّارٍ) (kaffaarin) the one who thinks riba is lawful - (أَثِيمٍ) (aseem) the Muslim who commits riba -
[277] This is the good news for the one who keeps himself from riba - and does four things for success and attaining Jannah -
[278] In this verse, there is a special address for the believers to be safe from all methods of riba and the meaning (ذَرُوا مَا بَقِيَ) (Zarwa ma baqi) is to leave it to the one who has the remaining amount of riba - As in Islamic countries there are methods of usury, it is useful to leave it and it is a sign that it is a demand of faith not to pay usury
[279] The meaning of war is that they are the enemies of Allah Almighty and His Messenger, it is needed for Muslims to fight them - (لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ) (laa tazlimoona wa laa tuzlamoo) It is pointed out that in Islam it is to keep oneself from being oppressed and being oppressed. Here, the first oppression is asking for usury, and the second is not giving the original property
