﴾271﴿ If you openly give charity, then it is a good thing, and if you hide it and give it to the poor, then He is better for you and removes some of your sins (sins and hardships) from you, and Allah is aware of your deeds
﴾272﴿It is not up to you to guide them, but Allah Almighty guides whomever He wills, and what you spend from your wealth is for your benefit, And you do not spend except to seek the pleasure of Allah, the Most High, and what you spend will be brought to you from all your wealth, and its reward will come to you, and you will not be wronged
﴾273﴿ (Alms) is for the needy who are confined in the way of Allah Almighty, they cannot travel (to accumulate wealth) on earth, He thinks that they are unaware that he is rich man, because keeping themselves from forbidden wealth, You know them by their addresses, They don't ask people unless it is necessary, and what you spend from your wealth, so Allah, the Exalted, knows it well
[271] In this verse, there is the fourth sentence, that is, the method of giving charity openly and secretly - and the two benefits of using it correctly is to mention that there are suitable times and places for giving charity openly or secretly,(وَتُؤْتُوهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ) (tu'toohal fuqaraaa'a) Mandatory charity is for the poor, and it is better to give non-mandatory charity to the poor, and it is also permissible for others -
[272] There is a fifth saying in this sentence, which means that someone spends money on someone so that he will enter the religion, but if he does not accept, then he stops spending money on it and he is suffocated, that this effort is useless, In this verse, Allah the Exalted comforts you to speak the truth and spend, and do not be sad because guidance is in the power of Allah the Exalted - you will surely be rewarded, (Wam tunfiquwa min khair fal-anfuskom) that is, each person's charity is special for him, the reward for it does not come to the other until the one who gives for it in a Shariah way, and following this, in the second sentence, he mentions the condition of spending, which is to seek the face of Allah, and In the third sentence, he promised full reward -
[273] In this saying, there is the sixth meaning of knowing consumption - and this consumption is for spending for the sake of Allah, and they are the Mujahideen and the Taliban of knowledge, and he mentioned their six attributes, (ضَرْبًا فِي الْأَرْضِ) (darban fil ardi) This means traveling for business or mercenary, (الْجَاهِلُ) (ul jaahilu) This means the person who does not know the truth of the poor, (التَّعَفُّفِ) (Al ta'affufi) It is keeping oneself from the forbidden and asking unnecessary questions is also included in it, (إِلْحَافًا) (ilhaafaa) The content of the hadith is that if someone is with forty dirhams and asks a question, that question is called il-hafaa - so it means that he asks the question without necessity -
