﴾267﴿O you who have believed: Spend from pure wealth what you have earned, and from what We have raised for you from the earth, and do not intend to spend on the wasteful wealth that you spend from it, And while you are not its receivers, unless you ignore it and know that indeed Allah Almighty is praiseworthy
﴾268﴿The devil scares you from poverty and tempts you to be miserly, and Allah Almighty promises you forgiveness from Himself and abundance, and Allah Almighty has vast grace and knows everything
﴾269﴿He gives the knowledge of religion to whomsoever he wants, and whenever he is given the knowledge of religion, he is given a lot of good, and they do not accept advice except those with a clear mind
﴾270﴿And whatever you spent in charity or vowed out of a vow, then Allah the Exalted knows it, and He is not one of those who help the wrongdoers
[267] In this verse, the fifth condition is that you donate pure wealth - and in this verse it is addressed to both capitalists and landowners - (مَا كَسَبْتُمْ) (maa kasabtum) What is meant by this trade, employment, and craft work, on whose property zakat is obligatory, and (وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا) (mimmaaa akhrajna), that is, tithe or half-tithe is obligatory in the season and fruits - (الْخَبِيثَ) (ul khabeesa) The meaning of this thing is bad, (وَلَسْتُمْ بِآخِذِيهِ) (wa lastum bi aakhizeehi) This is interpretation of malicious -
[268] In this verse, he mentions seven essential words that belong to spending, The first thing is to distinguish between the decree of Allah Almighty and the temptation of Satan - (بِالْفَحْشَاءِ) (bilfahshaaa'i) Impureness is said to be any obscene word or deed that the evil of it is obvious, and here it is meant to be miserly - (يَعِدُكُمْ) (ya'idukum) (Yaadukum) A promise is from Satan to frighten, and a promise is from Allah Almighty (مَغْفِرَةً) (forgiveness), it belongs to the hereafter, and (فَضْلًا) (virtues) it belongs to this world, in which wealth is blessed -
[269] This is the second word, the effort to gain wisdom is useful - the meaning of wisdom is a lot - in short, the meaning is to understand the Holy Qur'an and the science of religion in such a way that it can differentiate between right and wrong, The difference between Elham al-Rahman and Satan's temptation can be - and it is confirmed in the authentic hadith that:مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ (For those whom Allah wills good, He will give him a good understanding in religion) -
[270] In this verse, the third word is that giving charity in an unspecified way, if it is in a specified way, it is called a vow - and what is meant by wrongdoers are those who spend unnecessarily or make vows in the name of non-Allah (فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُهُ) (for God knows) This refers to punishment and recompense -
