سَيَقُولُ 82 اَلٌبَقَرَة
الطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَأْخُذُوا مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَنْ يَخَافَا أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ فَلَا تَعْتَدُوهَا وَمَنْ يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ ﴿۲۲۹﴾ فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يَتَرَاجَعَا إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿۲۳۰﴾
﴾229﴿Attalaaqu marrataani fa imsaakum bima'roofin aw tasreehum bi ihsaan; wa laa yahillu lakum an taakhuzoo mimmaaa aataitumoohunna shai'an illaaa ai yakhaafaaa alla yuqeemaa hudoodallahi fa in khiftum allaa yuqeemaa hudoodal laahi falaa junaaha 'Alaihimaa feemaf tadat bihee tilka hudoodul laahi falaa ta'tadoohaa; wa mai yata'adda hudoodal laahi fa ulaaa'ika humuzzaa limoon
﴾230﴿Fa in tallaqahaa falaa tahillu lahoo mim ba'du hattaa tankiha zawjan ghairah; fa in tallaqahaa falaa junaaha 'alaihimaaa ai yataraaja'aaa in zannaaa ai yuqeemaa hudoodal laa; wa tilka hudoodul laahi yubaiyinuhaa liqawminy ya'lamoon
﴾229﴿Divorce (revocable) is twofold, so keeping it is acceptable or letting it go in a good and lawful way, It is not permissible for you to take anything from what you have given them, unless they fear that both of them do not uphold the limits of Allah Almighty, So if they fear that they do not uphold the limits of Allah, then there is no sin on both of them in the wealth that they gave in exchange for it (the woman), These are the limits of Allah Almighty, do not transgress them, and whoever transgresses the limits of Allah Almighty, then those are the wrongdoers
﴾230﴿So if he divorces her (the third divorce), it is not halal for her after (the third divorce) until she marries another husband, So if he divorces her, then there is no sin on both of them if they go back together (to marry), If they think that both of them can keep the limits of Allah Ta'ala - and these are the limits of Allah Ta'ala He states for the people who know
[229] In Jahiliyyah, there was no divorce number, so the Qur'an rejected it, and in this verse it is mentioned that the wife gives the dowry to her husband again and he leaves her - (مَرَّتَانِ) (marrataani) The two are next to each other. It is indicated that the best way is to give a divorce in one purity and then give a second tahar in the second purity, (فَإِمْسَاكٌ) (fa imsaaku) refers to this recourse in the state of iddat, (أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ) (aw tasreehu) it means not to refer back or it is the third divorce in other purity, (وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَأْخُذُوا) (wa laa yahillu lakum an taakhuzoo) This is rejected in the way of Jahiliyyah. It is also in verse (20) of Surah Al-Nisaa, (مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا) (mimmaaa aataitumoohunna shai'an) The general commentators have meant this dowry, and Ibn Arabi has meant all the things that the husband gave to his wife without the dowry, (فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ) (fa in khiftum ) Before this, the ruling is to make peace in verse (35) of Surah Nisa, then in khiftum it is addressed to the peacemakers, (فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ) (feemaf tadat) What is meant by this is the dowry that a woman gives back to her husband at her pleasure in exchange for divorce, (تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ) (tilka hudoodul laahi) This refers to the mentioned methods of divorce, that the third divorce must be separate, not three in one, and it must be in purity -
[230] In this verse, it is mentioned that the third divorce is because of Fa, after that, the woman is not allowed to return to her previous husband without lawful cleaning, And tricking the forbidden is impermissible. In the hadith, it is cursed to make lawful and to become lawful, And according to the hadith of Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, which was narrated by Muslim, and the hadith of Rakana, which was narrated by Musnad Ahmad, in which the Sunnah of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, and the Sunnah of the two years of Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, were this, If three talaqs are given at the same time, it will be a A revocable divorce occurs - (حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ) (hattaa tankiha) It is meant to have sexual intercourse, and it is also conditioned by the authentic hadith of sexual intercourse with the second husband, (إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَا) (in zannaaa ai yuqeemaa) He said suspicion because the sure knowledge of the future cannot be given to man -
