﴾226﴿Lillazeena yu'loona min nisaaa'ihim tarabbusu arba'ati ashhurin fain faaa'oo fa innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem

﴾226﴿ For those who separate from their wives, they have sworn, have to wait for four months, so if they return (from their oath), then indeed Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful
﴾227﴿And if they intend to divorce, then Allah Almighty is All-Hearing, All-Knowing
﴾228﴿And women who are divorced should wait for their lives until three menstruations, and it is not permissible for them to hide what Allah created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day, And their husbands are more deserving of their recourse during that period (idat) if they want reconciliation, (Women) have rights just like what men have over them according to the Shariah method, and men over women are virtues, and Allah, the Exalted, is Mighty and Wise

[226] In this ruling, it is the tenth, that is, the separation of a woman is done in a Sharia way, the first way is the issue of Eelaa, in this is rejection in the way of Jahiliyyah, when someone swore that it was forbidden for a woman forever-
Eelaa: To swear a divorce from a woman, if the date has been set for one month or more to four months, or if the date has not been set, if the date has been set for four months or not, but the wait will be four months -  (فَإِنْ فَاءُوا) (fain faaa'oo) If he returns to the woman after four months or divorces him, he should return within four months according to most of the Companions -
[227] According to this ruling, if he appeals within four months or later (according to the difference), there is no sin. If he does not appeal, then a divorce has occurred -
[228] In this verse, the mention of Idda is for those women who are not pregnant and are menstruating and are free and have become close to her - Therefore, the period of this type of woman is three menstrual periods (in one word), therefore, in this sentence, the rights of husband and wife are mentioned at the same time, and in this, the superiority of the man is mentioned - (قُرُوءٍ) (qurooo) It is the plural form of qara, it is said for both menses and purity - (فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ) (feee arhaaminhinna) If it is meant by this pregnancy or menstruation, don't hide it, because these changes the types of iddat - (أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ) (ahaqqu biraddihinna) The description of the right means only the owner of the right has mentioned the right because of (araadooo islaahaa) the will to amend - (وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ) (lahunna mislu) In this short phrase, there is a reference to many rights of husband and wife, and in the similar the necessity similarity is means , but it is not meant by number - (وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ) (wa lirrijjaali 'alaihinna daraja) It is clear that it is the virtue of men that he is qualified for this type of work, which women do not have -
