سَيَقُولُ 78 اَلٌبَقَرَة
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أُولَئِكَ يَرْجُونَ رَحْمَتَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ ﴿۲۱۸﴾ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ قُلْ فِيهِمَا إِثْمٌ كَبِيرٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَإِثْمُهُمَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِمَا وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنْفِقُونَ قُلِ الْعَفْوَ كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَفَكَّرُونَ ﴿۲۱۹﴾ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْيَتَامَى قُلْ إِصْلَاحٌ لَهُمْ خَيْرٌ وَإِنْ تُخَالِطُوهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْمُفْسِدَ مِنَ الْمُصْلِحِ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَأَعْنَتَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴿۲۲۰﴾
﴾218﴿Innal lazeena aamanoo wallazeena haajaroo wa jaahadoo fee sabeelil laahi ulaaa'ika yarjoona rahmatal laah; wallaahu Ghafoorur Raheem
﴾219﴿Yas'aloonaka 'anilkhamri walmaisiri qul feehimaaa ismun kabeerunw wa manaafi'u linnaasi wa ismuhumaa akbaru min naf'ihimaa; wa yas'aloonaka maaza yunfiqoona qulil-'afwa; kazaalika yubaiyinul laahu lakumul-aayaati la'allakum tatafakkaroon
﴾220﴿Fid dunyaa wal aakhirah; wa yas'aloonaka 'anil yataamaa qul islaahullahum khayr, wa in tukhaalitoohum fa ikhwaanukum; wallaahu ya'lamul mufsida minalmuslih; wa law shaaa'al laahu la-a'natakum; innal laaha 'Azeezun Hakeem
﴾218﴿Those who believed and those who migrated and fought in the way of Allah Almighty hope for the mercy of Allah Almighty and Allah Almighty is Forgiving, Merciful
﴾219﴿They ask you, tell me about wine and gambling, in both of them there is a great sin and there are benefits for the people - and the sin of both (which is found in them) is greater than their benefit, And they ask you what to spend? Say from the extra (spend) this is how Allah explains the decrees for you until you think
﴾220﴿In this world and the hereafter, and they ask you, tell me about the orphans, benefit work is better for them, and if you spend money together with them, then they are your brothers, And Allah, the Exalted, knows the bad worker from the one who corrects it, and if He willed, He would bring hardship upon you, and Allah, the Exalted, is all-powerful and all-wise
[218] In this verse, there is good news for the believers, the emigrants and the Mujahideen against the apostates - (يَرْجُونَ رَحْمَتَ اللَّهِ) (yarjoona rahmatal laah) This news sentence means composition, it means to have hope -
[219] This is the fourth rule about wine and gambling - the rule in it is that in something there is little benefit and much harm, like wine, and you should refrain from it, And in one thing where the benefit is great and the harm is small, do it like spending for the sake of Allah - and this is a rejection of the ignorant people, who consider the benefits of wine and gambling and do not see its disadvantages because they are gambling and drink wine - Khmer is any wine that is intoxicating and impairs the mind, no matter what substance it is made of - any type of gambling is included in gambling - (وَإِثْمُهُمَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِمَا) (wa ismuhumaa akbaru min naf'ihimaa) Those sins that arise from both of these - Akbar said, most not said, it refers to that a great sin is bad then countless benefits - (تَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ) (tatafakkaroon Fid dunyaa wal aakhirah) The thought of this world is that keeps some money for its own needs, and the thought of the hereafter is that spends some wealth for the sake of Allah -
[220] This is the fifth ruling about orphans and it is a rejection of the way of Jahiliyyah that they oppressed orphans and cheated them of their property, (الْمُفْسِدَ) (ul mufsida) He is the one who eats the property of the orphans, which deceives under the pretext of combining،, (لَأَعْنَتَكُمْ) (la-a'natakum) a'nata is said to be a great hardship and duty, and it means to give a hard command -
