﴾190﴿Wa qaatiloo fee sabeelillaahil lazeena yuqaatiloonakum wa laa ta'tadooo; innal laaha laa yuhibbul mu'tadeen
﴾191﴿Waqtuloohum haisu saqif tumoohum wa akhrijoohum min haisu akhrajookum; walfitnatu ashaddu minal qatl; wa laa tuqaatiloohum 'indal Masjidil Haraami hattaa yaqaatilookum feehi fa in qaatalookum faqtuloohum; kazaalika jazaaa'ul kaafireen
﴾192﴿Fa ininn-tahaw fa innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem
﴾193﴿Wa qaatiloohum hatta laa takoona fitnatunw wa yakoonad deenu lillaahi fa-inin tahaw falaa 'udwaana illaa 'alaz zaalimeen

﴾190﴿And fight in the way of Allah, the Exalted, with those who fight with you, and do not cross the limit. Allah, the Exalted, does not like those who cross the limit
﴾191﴿And kill them wherever you find them - and drive them out from where they drove you out, and polytheism is a sin harder than killing, And do not fight with them near the Haram Mosque until they fight with you there, so if they fight with you, then kill them. This is the punishment for the disbelievers
﴾192﴿So if they turn back (from polytheism), then Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful
﴾193﴿And fight with them until the strength of the disbelievers is left, and the religion of Allah becomes strong - so if they return (from the battle), then there is no transgression except against the wrongdoers

[190] In this verse, there is a declaration of war and the assumption of fighting - (الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ) (alazeena yuqaatiloonakum) They are referring to these teenagers who have the power to fight or they are referring to those warriors who are not dhimmi (who pays tribute) - (وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا) (wa laa ta'tadooo) The meaning is that you should not kill the elderly, women and children, and do not violate Sharia customs in Jihad - (إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ) (innal laaha laa yuhibbu) To love or not to love is an attribute of Allah, the Exalted, without comparing it to people and without interpreting it as rewarding or punishing -
[191] In this, he mentions the customs of fighting and mentions the purpose of fighting, which is killing and taking away from the homeland - (فِتْنَةُ) (fitnatu) One meaning is polytheism and disbelief, that is, polytheism is a great sin from killing it, And in this verse, the ruling of Mecca's sanctuary is mentioned, in which it is forbidden to start a war -
[192] It is in this encouragement to repent, that is, to repent, the sin is forgiven, so the fight is over -
[193] In this verse, the benefit of war has been stated as (حَتَّى لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ) (hatta laa takoona fitnatun) even means that (for) and the meaning of sedition is to turn the believer from faith to predestination - (وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ) (wa yakoonad deenu) The meaning of this predominance of the religion of Islam is over other religions, and in verse (39) of Surah Anfal, it is even for the end, and fitna means polytheism -
