﴾186﴿Wa izaa sa alaka 'ibaadee 'annnee fa innee qareebun ujeebu da'wataddaa'i izaa da'aani falyastajeeboo lee wal yu'minoo bee la'allahum yarshudoon
﴾187﴿Uhilla lakum laylatas Siyaamir rafasu ilaa nisaaa'ikum; hunna libaasullakum wa antum libaasullahunn; 'alimal laahu annakum kuntum takhtaanoona anfusakum fataaba 'alaikum wa 'afaa 'ankum fal'aana baashiroo hunna wabtaghoo maa katabal laahoo lakum; wa kuloo washraboo hattaa yatabaiyana lakumul khaitul abyadu minal khaitil aswadi minal fajri summa atimmus Siyaama ilal layl; wa laa tubaashiroo hunna wa antum 'aakifoona fil masaajid; tilka hudoodul laahi falaa taqraboohaa; kazaalika yubaiyinul laahu aayaatihee linnaasi la'allahum yattaqoon

﴾186﴿And when my servants ask about me (so tell them from me) that I am near to every aspect, I answer the supplication of the supplicant when he supplicates to me, then they should accept my verdict and believe me (in supplication accept) until they reach their destination -
﴾187﴿It has been made lawful for you to spend the night of fasting together with your wives, They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them, Knowing Allah Almighty, that indeed you used to betray yourselves (if this ruling remains), So he brought ease to you and he brought you freedom, so now draw near to them and ask for what Allah Almighty has decreed for you, eat and drink until it becomes clear to you the white thread from the black thread from morning, then finish the fast until night, And don't get close to them while you are retreating in the mosques,This is the limits of Allah Almighty,so do not approach it, This is how Allah, the Exalted, expresses His commandments to people so that they may be pious

[186]In this verse, the fourth rule is that fasting brings you closer to Allah, the Most High, and when you are close to Allah, prayers are accepted well -
Note1: This verse is the reason that it is forbidden to mention it loudly in other times than the religious times -
Note2: In this verse, three conditions are mentioned for supplication to be accepted - (1) (إِذَا دَعَانِ) (izaa da'aani) who asks Allah, does not associate with it, (2) Accepting the decrees of Allah and acting on them (3) Be sure that Allah, the Most High, is accepting - (فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي) (falyastajeeboo lee) It is said to fully accept the rulings, and (ujeebu) (to accept) it is simply to answer - (وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي) (wal yu'minoo bee) The meaning of this faith is to be sure that Allah Almighty accepts the supplication, for this reason, he mentioned this after the answer - (أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ) (ujeebu da'wataddaa'i) There are four ways to accept: first, to complete the need - second, they accepted the other need - third, to remove the calamity - fourth, to give the reward -
[187] In this verse, the fifth rule is fasting, the rule of night and day, and the issue of I'tikaf (retreating in mosque), (أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ) (Uhilla lakum) This is the rule of the night (al-raffath) every word and action that is done to women, Here it is meant get together with women - (لِبَاسٌ) (libaas) Just like clothes, which are a veil and adornment and honor and are necessary with the body, so are husband and wife for each other - (كُنْتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ) (kuntum takhtaanoona) That is, some of the honorable companions made a mistake by approaching their wives after sleeping, and this was forbidden, this is called disloyalty, but Allah, the Exalted, forgave them, Or the meaning is that if he had left this ruling for you, you would have thrown your lives in treason - (فَتَابَ) (fataaba) In the first meaning, it means to accept repentance, and in the second meaning, it means to reduce, and the meaning of pardon is the broading of the rule - (مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ) (maa katabal laahoo lakum) What Allah the Exalted has decreed - that is, make the intention of the children tame, and the other meaning is what Allah the Exalted has made lawful for you, that is, when approaching it, do the manners and customs that are permissible in the Sharia - (الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ) (ul khaitul abyadu) What is meant by this Fajr is that it appears like a white thread towards the east above the black thread of the night, and in explaining it, it refers to Fajr Sadiq, and that it is a false Fajr is not explained in it - (فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ) (fil masaajid) It is mentioned that I'tikaf is permissible in all mosques, it is preferable in three mosques (Masjid al-Haram, Masjid al-Nabawi, Masjid al-Aqsa) and it'ikaf for women is also necessary in the mosque, as it is fixed by the Sunnah -
