﴾38﴿Qulnah bitoo minhaa jamee 'an fa immaa ya'tiyannakum minnee hudan faman tabi'a hudaaya falaa khawfun 'alaihim wa laa hum yahza noon
﴾39﴿Wallazeena kafaroo wa kaz zabooo bi aayaatinaa ulaaa'ika Ashaabun Naari hum feehaa khaalidoon
﴾40﴿Yaa Baneee Israaa'eelaz kuroo ni'matiyal lateee an'amtu 'alaikum wa awfoo bi'Ahdeee oofi bi ahdikum wa iyyaaya farhaboon

﴾38﴿We said, let all of you descend from here, so if he comes, guide you from me (the Book and the Messenger), so whoever follows my guidance, then there is no fear for them, nor should they grieve
﴾39﴿And those who disbelieved (with their heart) and denied (with their tongue) Our verses, those are the people of Hell, and they will be there forever
﴾40﴿O children of Yaqub, peace be upon him (servant of God Almighty), remember (to give thanks) those My blessings that I bestowed on you, and keep my promise (to you) so that I will keep your promise, and especially fear me (with accepting orders)

[38] This descent and the previous one is one thing, it is brought again just to mention the benefit of the second - there will be no fear of the passing away of the blessings, nor will they be sad for the world, and this state will only result in Paradise - He mentioned the descent once again for its legislative purpose, which is to send books and messengers - (مِنِّي هُدًى) (minnee hudan) It means that its guidance is based on revelation and not based on its own intellect -
[39] This is the fear of the hereafter for the disbelievers - (كَفَرُو) (kafaroo) Disbelief is denial in the heart and denial is in the tongue - (أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ) (Ashaabun Naar) Companions is the plural of Sahib, which is always accompanied and necessary, so if it is in the form of guarding, it is like the angels who are appointed above hell, which is mentioned in verse (31) of Surah Mudassar, and humans and jinn who are always in hell are infidels and polytheists -
[40] The third chapter is from here to verse (48), in this place there is a special address after the general address, in these five commands and (9) areas - it prohibits three useless attributes, which destroy the religion, (1) Don't buy into verses (dealing) (2) Don't talbis (deception) and concealment (3) Don't give up on deeds, and there are three acceptable attributes that are used to prepare the religion (1) ) asking for help in patience (2) offering prayers (3) believing in the Hereafter - And then there is the otherworldly persuasion and intimidation - (يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ) (Yaa Baneee Israaa'eel) This is the title of Yaqub, peace be upon him, and its meaning is Abdullah, so the purpose is that, O children of the one who worshiped Allah Almighty and acted according to (obedience) and advised his children to do so - (اذْكُرُوا) (az kuroo) The purpose of dhikr is to remember in the heart, that is, not to neglect and to be thankful - (نِعْمَتِيَ) (ni'mati) This singular means the special blessings mentioned later, these blessings were given to their ancestors, and the blessings given to their ancestors are also given to their children - (وَأَوْفُوا بِعَهْدِي) (awfoo bi'Ahdeee) The purpose is those vows that was mentioned in the Torah, which is mentioned in this surah in verses (63,83, 84) - (أُوفِ بِعَهْدِكُمْ) (oofi bi ahdikum) These two covenants are mentioned in verses (12) of Surah Ma'ida - (فَارْهَبُونِ) (farhaboon) Rehbat is to fear by saving one's life and in the term of Bani Israel it was called rehbat for piety -
