يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿9﴾ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ ﴿10﴾ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ ﴿11﴾ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَكِنْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿12﴾

﴾9﴿Yukhaadi'oonal laaha wallazeena aamanoo wa maa yakhda'oona illaaa anfusahum wa maa yash'uroon
﴾10﴿Fee quloobihim mara dun fazaadahumul laahu maradah; wa lahum 'azaabun aleemum bimaa kaanoo yakziboon
﴾11﴿Wa izaa qeela lahum laa tufsidoo fil ardi qaalooo innamaa nahnu muslihoon
﴾12﴿Alaaa innahum humul mufsidoona wa laakil laa yash'uroon

﴾9﴿They deceive Allah Almighty and those who believe, and they do not deceive except their own souls and they do not know (who deceive themselves)
﴾10﴿(because) there is a disease in their hearts, so Allah the Exalted added to their disease (revealing the Qur'an) and for them is a painful punishment because they always tell lies
﴾11﴿When it is said to them that you should not do corruption in the world, they say that without a doubt, we are special reformers
﴾12﴿Be aware that they are certainly corrupt, but they do not know their corruption

[9]In this verse also, the punishment is for the hypocrites, and two of their characteristics are mentioned, deception and lack of intelligence, whenever a person does a religious work with the intention of worldly benefit Like faith, worship, and other deeds, it is used for exchange, it's pays and glory in the world and reward. This is called deception, (اللّه) (Allah) According to them, deceiving (deceiving) with Allah, the Exalted, is meant, or deceiving its Messenger is meant - (وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنْفُسَهُمْ) (wa maa yakhda'oona illaaa anfusahum), that is, the sin of deceiving and its bad consequences in this world and the Hereafter are specific to them.
[10] In this verse, there is a curse for the hypocrites, and the description of the hypocrites is mentioned with their two attributes and two punishments, one in this world and the other in the Hereafter - (disease) the disease in their hearts is doubt, hypocrisy, cowardice and envy of the believers، To meet foreign women, doing religious works for their own purposes, loving the unbelievers are mentioned in the Quran in many places - (فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا) (fazaadahumul laahu maradah) These words are either for teaching from Allah Almighty, or they are a news sentence, or as much as the Qur'an is revealed, or the truth is revealed, or the believers progress, their diseases of hypocrisy increase in proportion, because the reason for all these are the revelations of the Qur'an for this reason its excess is attributed to the Qur'an, In Surah Maidah (68, 64), Surah Towbah (125), and Surah Isra (82) - And (كَانُوا) (Kanova) is the proof that lying is their habit - and this is the first cause of punishment, and this is the reason that lying is a great sin, and the hadith mentions lying as a sign of hypocrites -
[11] In this verse, there is also suffering, and it mentions an ugly attribute of them, which is to say correction for corruption - and their corruption consists of committing polytheism, preventing people from reading the Qur'an, considering other people's property as halal, stealing, and eating the property of orphans. , witchcraft and chanting, contrary to the Sunnah and the Qur'an, and this act of theirs is mentioned in the Qur'an many times, calling these hypocrite's actions reform is the attribute of every heresy and polytheism, it calls heresy the Sunnah and the polytheism the monotheism -
[12] In this verse, it is also a punishment, and one of the ugly characteristics of the hypocrites is to mention that it is corruption, and in this, their claim to reform has been rejected with great emphasis -
