[from 49 to 54] After mentioning the trials of the prophets (peace be upon them), the reward of the Hereafter is mentioned as glad tidings for them and for their followers. All of them are included in the word "the righteous" (al-muttaqīn).
In this glad tiding, ten aspects are mentioned.
"And with them are women who restrain their gaze" – after describing the place, the food, and the drink, their spouses are mentioned. The fact that these women only look at their husbands and not at others points to their great modesty and deep love for their husbands.
"Atrāb" means they are equal in age, beauty, and appearance. According to a narration from Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allah be pleased with them both), all will be 33 years old, or it means they will be of equal age as their husbands.
"Indeed, this is Our provision, which will never run out" – this refers to the eternal nature of Paradise, its blessings, and its inhabitants.
[from 55 to 64] This is a warning of the Hereafter, in contrast to the glad tidings given to the righteous. It also includes ten disgraceful conditions of the inhabitants of Hell.
"Indeed, for the transgressors" – this refers to those who are fully rebellious, meaning the polytheists.
"Ghassāq" – this is the filth that flows from the bodies and wounds of the people of Hell. Or it is the opposite of ḥamīm (boiling water), meaning it is extremely cold—so cold that it burns.
In a hadith from Tirmidhī, it is reported that if just one bucket of ghassāq were poured into the world, it would make the entire world stink.
"This is a crowd plunging in with you" – this refers to new groups of people being thrown into Hell along with others.
