وَمَنْ يَقْنُتَْْ 1021 الأحزاب

وَاذْكُرْنَ مَا يُتْلَى فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا ﴿۳۴﴾ إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْقَانِتِينَ وَالْقَانِتَاتِ وَالصَّادِقِينَ وَالصَّادِقَاتِ وَالصَّابِرِينَ وَالصَّابِرَاتِ وَالْخَاشِعِينَ وَالْخَاشِعَاتِ وَالْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَالْمُتَصَدِّقَاتِ وَالصَّائِمِينَ وَالصَّائِمَاتِ وَالْحَافِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَالْحَافِظَاتِ وَالذَّاكِرِينَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَالذَّاكِرَاتِ أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا ﴿۳۵﴾

﴾34﴿ Wazkurna maa yutlaa fee bu yootikunna min aayaatil laahi wal Hikmah; innal laaha kaana lateefan Khabeera
﴾35﴿ Innal muslimeena wal muslimaati wal mu'mineena wal mu'minaati walqaaniteena walqaanitaati wassaadiqeena wassaadiqaati wassaabireena wassaabiraati walkhaashi'eena walkhaashi'aati walmutasaddiqeena walmutasaddiqaati wassaaa'imeena wassaaa'imaati walhaafizeena furoojahum walhaafizaati waz zaakireenal laaha kaseeranw waz zaakiraati a'addal laahu lahum maghfiratanw wa ajran 'azeemaa

﴾34﴿ ﴾35﴿ Indeed, Muslim men and Muslim women, believing men and believing women, obedient men and obedient women, truthful men and truthful women, patient men and patient women, humble men and humble women, charitable men and charitable women, fasting men and fasting women, men who guard their chastity and women who guard their chastity, and men who remember Allah often and women who remember Allah often—Allah, the Exalted, has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward

[34] This is another address to the wives of the Prophet (May Allah bless him and give him peace). Since the foundation of actions is knowledge, and without knowledge actions are faulty, this verse encourages the pursuit of knowledge.
It also mentions the core sources of knowledge: "Min āyāti Allāh" — refers to the Qur'an, the Book of Allah.
"Wal-ḥikmah" — refers to the Sunnah and Hadiths of the Prophet (May Allah bless him and give him peace).
"Wadhkurna" — means to recite, study, and teach these teachings.
"Fī buyūtikunna" — implies that the learning place for women is within the home, specifically in private spaces like rooms, indicating modesty and protection of dignity.
Benefit: From verse 32 up to here, although the addresses are specifically to the Prophet’s wives, the rulings apply to the women of the ummah as well, since a command given to someone of higher status naturally includes those of lower rank as well.
[35] This verse is a glad tiding for those who possess ten noble qualities.
Since the previous verses discussed the conditions of the wives of the Prophet (May Allah bless him and give him peace) and gave them specific glad tidings, this verse now addresses righteous men and women from the general ummah, highlighting that these qualities were also present in the Prophet’s wives.
It is narrated from some of the pious predecessors (salaf ṣāliḥīn) that whoever regularly adheres to the prescribed adhkār (remembrances and supplications) established in the Sunnah throughout various times of the day, is included among “those who remember Allah much” (al-dhākirīn Allāha kathīran).
Benefit: Among these ten qualities:
Three are internal (spiritual) traits of the heart:
1. Īmān (faith)
2. Qunūt (devotion and obedience)
3. Khushū‘ (humility)
Three are outward physical acts of worship:
4. Islām (a general term encompassing all acts of worship)
5. Ṣabr (patience) 6. Ṣawm (fasting)
Two are verbal acts of worship:
7. Ṣidq (truthfulness) 8. Dhikr (remembrance of Allah)
One is a financial act of worship:
9. Ṣadaqah (charity)
One is an act of abstaining from sin:
10. Guarding the private parts (ḥifẓ al-furūj), i.e., chastity and modesty.
