لَا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ 209 النِّســاء

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ بُرْهَانٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ نُورًا مُبِينًا ﴿۱۷۴﴾ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَاعْتَصَمُوا بِهِ فَسَيُدْخِلُهُمْ فِي رَحْمَةٍ مِنْهُ وَفَضْلٍ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَيْهِ صِرَاطًا مُسْتَقِيمًا ﴿۱۷۵﴾ يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَا إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا وَلَدٌ فَإِنْ كَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ وَإِنْ كَانُوا إِخْوَةً رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَضِلُّوا وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴿۱۷۶﴾

﴾174﴿ Yaa aiyuhan naasu qad jaaa'akum burhaanum mir Rabbikum wa anzalnaaa ilaikum Nooram Mubeena
﴾175﴿ Fa ammal lazeena aamanoo billaahi wa'tasamoo bihee fasa yudkhiluhum fee rahmatim minhu wa fadlinw wa yahdeehim ilaihi Siraatam Mustaqeema
﴾176﴿ Yastaftoonaka qulillaahu yafteekum fil kalaalah; inimru'un halaka laisa lahoo waladunw wa lahoo ukhtun falahaa nisfu maa tarak; wa huwa yarisuhaaa il lam yakkul lahaa walad; fa in kaanatas nataini falahumas sulusaani mimmmaa tarak; wa in kaanooo ikhwatar rijaalanw wa nisaaa'an faliz zakari mislu hazzil unsayayn; yubaiyinullaahu lakum an tadilloo; wallaahu bikulli shai'in Aleem

﴾174﴿ O people: a sure proof has come to you from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light
﴾175﴿ So, those who have believed in Allah, the Most High, and firmly grasped this Qur'an, then He will enter them into His special mercy, And in the great reward, and Allah guides them to the right path
﴾176﴿ They ask you, say: Allah, the Exalted, will judge you about the inheritance of the kalalah, If a man dies without children and he has a sister, then half of the wealth he left is his sister's, And that brother inherits all the property from the sister if she has no children, So if there are two sisters, then two thirds of what he left is for both of them, So if they are brothers and sisters of men and women, then the man's share is equal to the share of two women, Allah, the Exalted, declares for you astray (apart from guidance), and Allah, the Exalted, is All-Knowing

[174] This is persuasion to the Qur'an and the truthfulness of the Qur'an, (بُرْهَانٌ) (burhaanum) It means the Qur'an or the Messenger, and the (نُورًا) (Nooram) is Holy Quran, Burhaan is said to be a definite reason that is certain and overcomes the opposition -
[175] This is good news for followers, (وَاعْتَصَمُوا بِهِ) (wa'tasamoo bihee ) The pronoun refers to Allah Almighty or to the evidence or to the light, all justifications are permissible, (رَحْمَةٍ) (rahmatim) It means this Paradise in the Hereafter and abundant rewards, or it means the mercy of guidance to faith, and the meaning of the grace is the perfection of religion, (وَيَهْدِيهِمْ) (wa yahdeehim) It is in the world -
[176] This verse is a further explanation of the issue of inheritance, and this is an example of the straight path and enlightenment, which is about inheritance, to go against the ignorance is the right path - In this verse, the share of brothers and sisters from the defferrent mothers and defferrent fathers is mentioned, and its interpretation is already past, In this verse, there are four issues of inheritance - kalalah is said to a man if he does not have father or great-grandfather in his principles, and does not have son or grandson in his branches - (أَنْ تَضِلُّوا) (an tadilloo) One meaning is not to be misled, Laa is hidden here - The second meaning is that Allah, the Exalted, says that misguidance from guidance, that is, guidance -
