وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ 198 النِّســاء
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَى بِهِمَا فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَى أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا وَإِنْ تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا ﴿۱۳۵﴾ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا آمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا ﴿۱۳۶﴾ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ آمَنُوا ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ ازْدَادُوا كُفْرًا لَمْ يَكُنِ اللَّهُ لِيَغْفِرَ لَهُمْ وَلَا لِيَهْدِيَهُمْ سَبِيلًا ﴿۱۳۷﴾
﴾135﴿ Yaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo koonoo qawwa ameena bilqisti shuhadaaa'a lillaahi wa law 'alaa anfusikum awil waalidaini wal aqrabeen iny yakun ghaniyyan aw faqeeran fallaahu awlaa bihimaa falaaa tattabi'ul hawaaa an ta'diloo; wa in talwooo aw tu'ridoo fa innal laaha kaana bimaa ta'maloona Khabeera
﴾136﴿ Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanooo aaminoo billaahi wa Rasoolihee wal Kitaabil lazee nazzala 'alaa Rasoolihee wal Kitaabil lazeee anzala min qabl; wa mai yakfur billaahi wa Malaaa'ikatihee wa Kutubihee wa Rusulihee wal Yawmil Aakhiri faqad dalla dalaalam ba'eedaa
﴾137﴿ Innal lazeena aamanoo summa kafaroo summa aamanoo summa kafaroo summaz daado kufral lam yakunil laahu liyaghfira lahum wa laa liyahdiyahum sabeelaa
﴾135﴿ Believers: Stand up for the fairness and speak the truth for the sake of Allah Almighty, even if it is to your detriment or to the detriment of your parents and relatives, If he is rich or poor, then Allah Almighty is much kinder to them, So do not follow the desires of the soul, that you do not do justice, and if you twist your tongue or deny (from speaking the truth) So indeed Allah Almighty is aware of your actions
﴾136﴿ O believers, believe (in your heart) in Allah Almighty and His Messenger and the Book that He sent down before this, And whoever disbelieves in Allah, the Most High, and in His angels, in His books, in His messengers, and in the Last Day, then surely he has gone astray to a faraway error
﴾137﴿ Indeed those who believed then became unbelievers, then believed again and became unbelievers, then added to disbelief (died in disbelief) Allah Almighty will never forgive them and will not guide them to the right path
[135] This verse is the continuation of this portion. The answer is to the question, if some one asks that in the past commandments of Allah if some one should be taken into account for himself or for his parents or relatives, Either he considers the wealth of the rich or he considers the poornes of the poor and hides the truth for them, In this verse, it was answered, It is not permissible to follow a request and abandon justice, but both is forbidden to turn one's tongue from expressing the truth and to turn away from it - (بِالْقِسْطِ) (bilqisti) The side of every right, if it is in belief and actions, if it is in worship or transactions, it includes everyone, (شُهَدَاءَ) (shuhadaaa'a) To testify is to express the truth, and to testify is meant for a public lawsuit, (تَعْدِلُوا) (ta'diloo) La or the word hidden fear means -
[136] From this verse to the last part is the third part of these three chapters, the first chapter is to verse (149), In this, the first is the mention of faith, and for the hypocrites it is valid to call to faith, then he has mentioned the punishment for the hypocrites, their ugly (bad qualities) and their punishment, and he has explained the conditions of their repentance, (آمِنُوا) (aaminoo) This means faith in the heart, (مَلَائِكَتِهِ ، وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ) (Malaaa'ikatihee, wal Yawmil Aakhiri) In this expression, it is indicated that denying the Resurrection or the Hereafter is against religious faith -
[137] This is the first adjective of a hypocrite, it means to convert disbelief and faith several times, it is not meant twice, (ازْدَادُوا كُفْرًا) (az daado kufraa) The meaning of this is to die in disbelief, In these two evils of the hypocrites, it is mentioned -
