﴾75﴿ And what is your excuse for not fighting in the way of Allah Almighty (and to save) the weak men, women and children who say: O our Lord, take us out of this village, which is oppressive, its people, and appoint for us a supporter from you, and appoint for us a helper from you

[73] In this verse, he also mentions two ugliness of the hypocrites - bounty means the victory and booty - (كَأَنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ) (ka al lam takum) This sentence is a protest, does it belong to the second character of the first verse, or is this an apparent statement, the pronoun hypocrite and the hypocrite refer to themselves, And (يَا لَيْتَنِي) (yaa laitanee) is its hidden word, (فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا) (fawzan 'azeemaa) The meaning of this is to be successful with a share of the booty and to indicate that in the eyes of the hypocrites, achieving the world is a great success
[74] This is the third rule of politics, which means that the king should prepare such subjects for Jihad that they do not love the world and believe that martyrdom and victory are both rewards in Jihad, (يَشْرُونَ) (yashroona) This means selling and sacrificing property and life for Jihad and the affairs of the hereafter -
[75] These are the aspects of Jihad that one should strive to overcome monotheism, this means in the way of Allah - And men, women and weak children are left in the grip of oppressors and cannot emigrate, Jihad to free them - and these are the two legitimate goals of Jihad, (الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا) (zaalimi ahluhaa) The oppressors of the people of Makkah against the Companions of the Prophet and all those infidels and polytheists who oppress the weak believers and forbid them from practicing religion, (وَلِيًّا) (waliyanw) He is the one who repels the oppression of the oppressor, (نَصِيرًا) (naseeraa) He is the one who will take him out of his homeland safely -
