﴾56﴿ Indeed those who disbelieved in our revelations, We will quickly burn them in the fire, when they become ashes, We will change their skins to another so that they taste the punishment, indeed Allah Almighty is mighty with wisdom
﴾57﴿ And those who have believed and acted in the way of the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, soon, We will take them to paradises that are flowing, under which streams are always there, there are pure women for them, and We will take them to eternal shadows
﴾58﴿ Indeed Allah Ta'ala orders you to pay your rights with the owners of their rights and when you decide between people Make a decision in fairness, indeed Allah Almighty advises you very well in every aspect - indeed Allah is All-Hearing and Seeing
﴾59﴿ O believers: accept the ruling of Allah Almighty and accept the ruling of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and from your rulers, So, if you disagree about something, then return (its decision) to Allah and His Messenger. If you believe in Allah, the Exalted, and the Day of Resurrection, this is the best and most virtuous thing to do
[56] This is a fear of the punishment of the hereafter, which means that in hell, one has to bear the burden of burning one's skin and re-creating, and this is the point, that when the skin burns, then it becomes new again, the skin no longer gives off, and there is a description for this transformation, and when the skin is renewed, it is thin and the pain is great -
[57] This is the good news of the Hereafter, (ظِلًّا ظَلِيلًا) (zillan zaleelaa) The shade always refers to the calmness of for evet, where there is no heat and sun, or it refers to the many dense trees that provide shade -
[58] From this verse to verse (134) it is the second part and in this civil policy (properties of the king and the people for security) is mentioned, And in these is three chapters, the first chapter is to the verse (76) in these is three rulings of politics and punishment for the hypocrites - In this ruling, it is the first - the content of the verse is that every right of trust, emirate, imamate, judgement, teaching, calling, etc., requires full payment to the owner of those rights, and the decision to be fair is to decide according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah - And in this verse, it is addressed to the leaders or the general Muslims, and in the verse it is proof that the judgment can be completed when the ruling and judgment has been given to the one who is entitled to it -
[59] After the emir's order, the people are ordered to obey, (أُولِي الْأَمْرِ) (ulil amri) There are sages, scholars, and mujtahidins, but their obedience is in obedience to Allah Almighty and His Messenger. For this reason, he said no, so their obedience is not absolute, (فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ) (fa in tanaaza'tum) Ibn Kathir said that this is addressed to all Muslims and the purpose is that when the ruling of a ruler or mujtahid scholar becomes clear to you without a reason, then do not dispute but decide based on the Qur'an and Hadith - This verse does not prove taqlid (following a scholar), but it is a rejection of personal (solid) taqlid -
