﴾24﴿ And (forbidden) are married women, except for women who own your right hand, the decree of Allah Almighty has been imposed on you, and it has been made lawful for you in addition to the mentioned (women mentioned), On the condition that you ask with your wealth from those who marry, not those who commit adultery, then the women you benefited from her with their dowry, So give them their dowry that has been prescribed, and there is no sin on you in that dowry that you were agree with it after the prescribed dowry, Surely, Allah, the Exalted, is All-Knowing, All-Wise
﴾25﴿ And whoever does not have the means (financially) of you to marry free believing women (then he should marry) from what is owned by your right hand from your believing slaves, And Allah, the Most High, knows best about your faith, Some of you are (of genre) some, so marry them with the permission of their owners and give their dowries in a way you like, They are bound (in your marriage), neither open adulterers nor secret lovers, so when they are bound by marriage, then if they commit an evil act, then on them is half the punishment that is obligatory on women who are free from punishment

[24] In this verse, the woman is the fourteenth type, whose marriage is forbidden because she is married to someone else, i.e. a married woman - Except if they bring a woman in Jihad from the disbelievers and her disbeliever husband stays in Dar al Harb, then this slave girl is permissible for you because her marriage with her previous husband was annulled, What is meant by (أَنْ تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ) (an tabtaghoo bi'amwaalikum) is that dohr is necessary for marriage, (أُجُورَهُنَّ) (ujoorahunna) The meaning of this dohr is in marriage, the fee of adultery and mat'aa is not included in it, (مُسَافِحِينَ) (musaa fiheen) They are those who commit adultery for a wage, (وَلَا جُنَاحَ) (wa laa junaaha) The point is that if the husband increases the dowry later or the wife decreases her dowry, it is permissible to consent -
[25] This ruling is related to the previous one - the meaning of the verse is that it is acceptable to marry a maidservant when it is necessary to marry them it is permissible because they have faith - other than that they are also human beings, (فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ) (fa izaaa uhsinna) The point is that if a married slave girl is found guilty of adultery, the punishment is fifty whips, If she is not married, this is still the ruling. They are not stoned, Ihsaan means marriage,(al-muhsanat) means a free woman -
