﴾99﴿ Qul yaaa Ahlal Kitaabi lima tusuddoona 'an sabeelil laahi man aamana tabghoonahaa 'iwajanw wa antum shuhadaaa'; wa mallaahu bighaafilin 'ammaa ta'maloon
﴾100﴿ Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanoo in tutee'oo fareeqam minal lazeena ootul Kitaaba yaruddookum ba'da eemaanikum kaafireen

﴾99﴿ Say, O People of the Book: Why do you prevent from the way of Allah the Most High the one who believes in what you seek as crookedness, and you are aware (of its truthfulness), and Allah is not unaware of what you do
﴾100﴿ O believers, if you follow a group that has been given the Book, They will return you unbelievers after your faith
﴾101﴿ And how do you become unbelievers while the verses of Allah the Exalted are being recited to you and the Messenger of Allah the Exalted is among you, And whoever clings to the religion of Allah, the Exalted, will surely be guided to the right path
﴾102﴿ O people of faith, fear Allah, the Most High, the right to fear Him, and you will not die, unless you accept monotheism

[99] This is another punishment for leading people astray, after mentioning their misguidance, (عِوَجًا) (iwajan) it is meant to doubt and protest, Awaj is used as fatha of ain in objects and as a kasra of ain in spiritual affairs
[100] This is the prohibition of following the people of the book after the revelation of their evils, that is, following them is the cause of apostasy.
[101] This is another reason to prevent them from following them. The point is that it is the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so there is no reason or excuse for disbelief, Although the Messenger of God, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, has passed away, his essence is not present with us, but the attribute of his mission is present, which is his religion and tradition, (بِاللَّهِ) (billaahi) It is meant to trust or act, and it is meant by (بِاللَّهِ) (billaahi), the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah -
[102] From this verse to verse (129) is the third part. In this, it mentions five principles for the regulation of Muslims, for spreading the religion, and for Jihad, and after that there are two examples - The purpose of this verse is to be steadfast in the belief of monotheism until death. This is the first principle and this is called self-improvement, (حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ) (haqqa tuqaatihee) The appropriate fear is called monotheism, because the polytheist also fears Allah, but in the same way, he also fears non-Allahs, so the fear was not appropriate for it, And because of that fear, they should sins, it is useful for the monotheists to be bound by complete piety with the existence of monotheism, (وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ) (wa laa tamootunna illaa wa antum muslimoon) It means to be steadfast in Islam until death
