إِلَيْهِ يُرَدَُّ 1214 الجاثية

قُلْ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَغْفِرُوا لِلَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ أَيَّامَ اللَّهِ لِيَجْزِيَ قَوْمًا بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ ﴿۱۴﴾ مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِنَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَسَاءَ فَعَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴿۱۵﴾ وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحُكْمَ وَالنُّبُوَّةَ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿۱۶﴾ وَآتَيْنَاهُمْ بَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ فَمَا اخْتَلَفُوا إِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ ﴿۱۷﴾

﴾14﴿ Qul lillazeena aamanoo yaghfiroo lillazeena laa yarjoona ayyaamal laahi liyajziya qawmam bimaa kaanoo yaksiboon
﴾15﴿ Man 'amila saalihan falinafsihee wa man asaaa'a fa'alaihaa summa ilaa Rabbikum turja'oon
﴾16﴿ Wa laqad aatainaa Baneee Israaa'eelal Kitaaba walhukma wan Nubuwwata wa razaqnaahum minat taiyibaati wa faddalnaahum;alal 'aalameen
﴾17﴿ Wa aatainaahum baiyinaatim minal amri famakh talafooo illaa mim ba'di maa jaaa'ahumul 'ilmu baghyam bainahum; inna Rabbaka yaqdee bainahum Yawmal Qiyaamati feemaa kaanoo feehi yakhtalifoon

﴾14﴿ Say to those who have believed that they should forgive those who do not believe in the days of Allah so that He may recompense a people for what they used to do
﴾15﴿ Whoever does a righteous deed, it is for their own benefit, and whoever does evil, the burden of it is upon them. Then to your Lord, you will all be returned
﴾16﴿ And indeed, We gave the Children of Israel the Book, religious knowledge, and prophethood, and We provided them with pure sustenance and favored them over all the worlds
﴾17﴿ And We had given them clear rulings of the religion, but they did not differ except after knowledge had come to them—out of mutual rivalry and envy among themselves. Indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that in which they used to differ

[14,15] After presenting the invitation through logical proofs, this verse teaches manners and good character for those who call (to the truth, i.e., do tabligh).
(يَغْفِرُوا لِلَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ أَيَّامَ اللَّهِ) – meaning: those people (the deniers) who harm the believers, insult them, and use foul language – in reality, they do not believe in the Days of Allah (i.e., the punishments Allah has sent upon deniers or the blessings He has given to the believers).
That is why they behave so badly.
(يَغْفِرُوا) here means to ignore them, not to respond to their insults, to remain silent, and to exercise patience.
[16,17] This is a parable for the people of the past – just as clear signs (verses) were given to the recipients of the Qur'an and the final Prophet was sent to them, yet they opposed him – so Allah the Exalted will give them a punishment suited to their actions.
Likewise, the Children of Israel were given signs, prophethood, and blessings, but despite having knowledge, they still differed.
(وَالْحُكْمَ) refers to the knowledge and understanding of the Book of Allah, which is essentially the tradition (hadith) of the Prophets.
(بَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ) means the clear rulings of what is lawful and unlawful and their religious laws.
Or this may be a reference to the clear qualities and conditions of the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (May Allah bless him and give him peace), which were mentioned in their scriptures.
