رُبَمَاٍ 629 اَلنَّحْل

وَاللَّهُ أَخْرَجَكُمْ مِنْ بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ شَيْئًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ ﴿۷۸﴾ أَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ فِي جَوِّ السَّمَاءِ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا اللَّهُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿۷۹﴾ وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ سَكَنًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ جُلُودِ الْأَنْعَامِ بُيُوتًا تَسْتَخِفُّونَهَا يَوْمَ ظَعْنِكُمْ وَيَوْمَ إِقَامَتِكُمْ وَمِنْ أَصْوَافِهَا وَأَوْبَارِهَا وَأَشْعَارِهَا أَثَاثًا وَمَتَاعًا إِلَى حِينٍ ﴿۸۰﴾

﴾78﴿ Wallaahu akhrajakum mim butooni ummahaatikum laa ta'lamoona shai'anw wa ja'ala lakumus sam'a wal absaara wal af'idata la'allakum tashkuroon
﴾79﴿ Alam yaraw ilat tairi musakhkharaatin fee jawwis samaaa'i maa yumsikuhunna illal laah; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqawminy yu'minoon
﴾80﴿ Wallaahu ja'ala lakum mim buyootikum sakananw wa ja'ala lakum min juloodil an'aami buyootan tastakhif foonahaa yawma za'nikum wa yawma iqaamatikum wa min aswaafihaa wa awbaarihaa wa ash'aarihaaa asaasanw wa mataa'an ilaa heen

﴾78﴿ And Allah brought you out of your mothers' wombs, not knowing anything, and He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts so that you may give thanks
﴾79﴿ Have they not seen the birds subdued in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah. Indeed, in this are signs for a people who believe
﴾80﴿ And Allah has made for you from your homes a place of rest, and made for you from the skins of livestock tents that you find light on the day of travel and the day of settlement. And from their wool, fur, and hair [He has provided] furnishings and goods for a time appointed

[78] From this verse up to verse (83) is the fifth section, containing four rational arguments found in verses (78, 79, 80, and 81).
These verses mention blessings that relate to physical strength, birds, homes, tents, shade, caves, clothing, and armor.
Then in verse (82), there is a message of consolation, and in verse (83), a warning.
In verse (78), the rational argument is based on the creation of the human being and the mention of three human faculties, all of which are means of acquiring knowledge and showing gratitude.
"(وَجَعَلَ)" ("And He made") is mentioned separately, although these faculties come into existence with human creation, because after creation, these faculties gradually develop—until reaching maturity and then the age of forty.
[79] This too is a rational argument, mentioning the blessing of birds.
A similar reference is found in verse (19) of Surah Al-Mulk.
"(جَوِّ)" originally comes from "جوف" (interior), and here it refers to the open space between the sky and the earth—the atmosphere.
[80] This is also a rational argument, mentioning the blessings of houses, tents, wool, fur, and hair used for making clothing and other necessities.
"(مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ)" ("from your houses") refers to the dwellings of city dwellers.
"(مِنْ جُلُودِ الْأَنْعَامِ بُيُوتًا)" ("houses from the skins of animals") refers to the dwellings of villagers and desert dwellers.
The preposition "مِنْ" in "(مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ)" indicates that only part of the house is used for actual living or dwelling.
"(تَسْتَخِفُّونَهَا)" ("you find them light") means that during travel, moving these tents is easy for you, and when staying in one place, setting them up is also convenient and easy.
